Tend your inner flame and return home rebalanced and renewed.
Accommodations
The Eskbank
The Eskbank B&B Hotel, Dalkeith – just 7 miles from Edinburgh Castle, with 4-star quality, ensuite rooms and top-notch housekeeping. Set in the leafy conservation area of Eskbank & Newbattle Abbey, the Eskbank offers a serene environment with ample off-street parking, a Victorian-walled sunny garden and birdsong.
Craigadam Country House
Approached by a winding, half mile long driveway, Craigadam Country House sits against a beautiful rolling countryside backdrop. Behind is 25,000 acres of country estate comprising moorland, woods, lochs and farmland. The estate is run with conservation and sustainability in mind, and owner Richard looks after over 1000 ewes and a herd of Highland cattle – the produce of which is used in each meal served, from breakfast to dinner.
We all carry the dormant memories of ancestors who lived in deep communion with the earth and embodied their full human potential. Visiting sacred sites and potent landscapes can awaken the DNA that houses these memories.

The retreat is rooted in animist ritual, land connection, and working with the elements. Honoring both ancient lineages and direct revelation. All practices are heart-centered, inclusive, and trauma-aware.
You don’t need to follow any specific belief system to attend.
The Rainbow Bridge Meditation technique is suggested to help you hone your intuition and personal clarity before journeying to Scotland.
If you haven’t already completed Rainbow Bridge Phase One, please plan to join a workshop on either January 17 or March 21 at no charge.
Learn more about the Rainbow Bridge here.
-
Nope. There is no need to be a former, current, or future practicing Christian (or anything else for that matter). The sites we are going to will be connected to pre-Christian and early-Christian energies which are archetypal in nature.
-
On the Equinox, we will observe a full day of silence. There will be no talking. We will still be together all day, doing activities and sharing meals. This is an opportunity to experience a different way of relating to each other and to time.
The day will have a mix of activity and stillness. You will be able to take care of your body and yourself— there is no requirement to sit in meditation all day.
-
We recommend:
a travel insurance plan that includes reimbursement for medical expenses
if you know you have a medical condition, please review travel insurance plans to cover what you might need
a “cancel for any reason” clause that will allow you to be reimbursed in the event that cannot attend
We use the Good Neighbor Insurance company portal to select travel insurance plans. (This is not an affiliate link, simply a handy place to purchase different types of travel insurance.)
-
While our accommodations have Wi-Fi as an amenity, it is slow and the service is spotty. We recommend setting yourself up so that you can be offline for the duration of the trip. If you absolutely must have reliable internet access, we recommend you obtain an international wireless service though your cell phone provider with a robust data plan.

Join us for a journey of magical realignment.
Let us gather in a place free from the interference of our daily routines and technological lives.
Let us move into communion with the land and with our group’s energy and allow insight and awareness to emerge.
As the earth pauses between day and night, let us seek equanimity within ourselves.
Let us raise our frequencies to suspend the consciousness of separation, difference, and personal wounding.
Let us move into awareness of the Whole, harmonizing the relationship between our terrestrial and celestial natures.
Let us invite forgotten teachings, luminous mysteries, and the knowledge of our ancestors to return.
Let us seek the mysteries of the Grail, as they are hidden in the earth.
